Working with a small procurement tech company to help them build a funnel to attract more organic leads. Building free downloadable content for prospects to access from their website, writing blogs, hosting webinars and improving the copy and flow of their website based on what appeals to their target market (Senior Procurement & Finance people). Also putting together a roadmap for them to develop a partnerships & alliances strategy.
Interim Indirects & Logistics Procurement Manager
5 month assignment with aviation industry client to build best practices across some key indirect categories of spend and to draft and execute an RFP, and then recommend a strategy for their global logistics procurement based off the results.
