This is an initial consultation to discuss a supply chain planning problem and the approach to finding a solution.
I will reserve a full hour to providing value to you. This will include:
- Understanding the problem and clarifying it with questions
- Making recommendations on the approach to take
- Assessing data or defining data requirements
- Making suggestions on learning that will help you solve the problem yourself
It will NOT include:
- Describing a service or ready-made solution
- Presenting a proposal
- Selling my services or promoting myself
If you are interested in getting my help, then I will happily answer these questions. Any time spent on these activities will be in addition to your hour and at no additional cost.

I loved the course. there was a lot of great and new information for me. I would suggest keeping the questions to the subject matter. some of the questions were so specific as the color of the tab. There are other ways to determine if the audience is attentive.
